Day 56 – December 18th

I am flat out exhausted, and am literally running on fumes, so much so though that I had to leave work for a two hour power nap in the middle of the afternoon.  I still went to spinning regardless but didn’t have high energy levels, I wonder if this will be final spinning class at the Wellington only time will tell.

Went for dinner with Amy and Will after class and they are both confirming what everyone else is telling me that I need to clear various people out of my life.  I must admit I am guilty as charged and have a tendency to keep people hanging around whilst I look for something else, unless I make a clean break how can I expect someone else to come along.  I will meet up with Uzama on Thursday and then hopefully at the turn of the year the clean out can begin.

I am tired so can’t write much today but everything in life is becoming clearer.
