Day 163 – April 2nd

Today I have seen something quite unbelievable on the basketball court with .5 seconds to go the Raptors had possession with a chance for the winning shot and the clock started before they had even touched the ball.  The basket was waived off as being a split second too late but had the clock started on time the hoop would have been good.  Hopefully the Raptors will take this one up with the NBA.

In the afternoon I snuck off work early in order to watch Liverpool battle Arsenal……it is locked at 1 all going into the second leg next week, it is poised on a knife edge and “should be a dandy”.

My knee is swollen today……..not good, not good.

After-work I met up with Swiss Tony to finalise my new insurance and gave him a few insights as to what I would like from a financial adviser……..he remains good value and have offered him the chance to regain a spot on the rotation for Raptor games in 2008/09 season……..I barred him the last 3 years as I didn’t want him to leave his wife high and dry with the baby.  Hopefully his wife will let him out……..I have asked her to provide written permission.

Finished off the day by speaking with Marina, once again the conversation flowed pretty easily and I have managed to trick her into thinking that I’m decent guy……I will meet up with her Saturday so check back in then.

Mood for the day 8 out of 10………today had the potential to be 9 but the knee continues to cause problems.
