Day 182 – April 21st

As I suspected when I went to bed I work up this morning with my abs in total agony, I am not sure if it was the pain of the abs or something else but compared to yesterday I had a severe crash in the early part of today. In fact by mid afternoon I was flat out depressed….so much so that in a desperate attempt to cheer myself up I started gauging on both a chocolate bunny and a croissant……..I can easily see why certain women turn to “comfort” eating in times of depression.

I am not sure if it was food or something else but my mood definitly picked up as the day came to a close…I suspect it may have been something else as around the same time I gave feedback to the agency about Janet and it always feels good to close these things off…although I was feeling a little dehydrated by the end of work…..I went out to play squash and came off court with a 3-1 victory…….although to be honest I’m pissed that I didn’t finish the guy of in 3 given I was 7-6 up in the 3rd before choking to defeat.

Whilst the loss of a game is one thing I now have a shooting pain up the side of my left leg, hopefully I will be gone by the morning.  Finished the day by watching Montreal crush Boston so that’s a beautiful thing.
