Day 184 – April 23rd

I have no idea why I played squash today as my body clearly had not recovered from last few days yet I did and whilst I managed to sneak out a draw the match was unfinished at 2-1 my left hip is now total agony, I’m not sure if it is a trapped nerve or something else…….but I am a little scared because in the past it has been my right leg that has given me problems.

I also summarised my mood for day for the first 183 days and was surprised to find my average mood rating was 6.18 I will post an analysis of the results probably at the weekend.  I also went through my posts to see how many dates I have been on since my 34th birthday……..and again will post a mini analysis at the weekend………the raw number however is 16.
