Day 190 – April 29th

The realisation has started to set in that the Raptors are done, and there will not be NBA basketball at the ACC until November some 6 months away…….if that isn’t depressing I’d like to know what is.  My body continues to be a series of aches and pains, my hip continues to give me grief and following my chest workout yesterday it now feels as though chest is on fire.

As a result I decided to skip my workout today and relax at home instead.

I have decided to update the pictures on my website, facebook etc, with something more mature and today someone at work took a few shots, I should have them posted in the next couple of days.  Where are the ties, where are the ties…….I appear to have lost my two favourite ties, whilst this wouldn’t usually be an issue tomorrow I am at another singles dinner party and ideally would like the purple tie.

Lots of sport today……….as for the first time ever there will be an all English European Cup Final (or Champions League as they call it now)……Manchester United beat Barcelona today and with Chelsea/Liverpool battling for the other spot in the final tomorrow there is every chance that I will be “ill” on the afternoon of May 21st.

In Baseball today, once again the win/loss stat comes back to hurt Toronto’s starting picture who throws a complete game, gives up just one run yet loses the game 1-0.
