Funny Stories (from a serial dater)

Hi, my name is Paul, and many people describe me as the serial dater. To me, finding ‘The One’ is a numbers game. If I don’t play, I can’t win. My dating sources include, speed dating, a dating service, various websites and through my friends and acquaintances. My list of criteria is stringent and sometimes unattainable. However, one should never have to settle in search of perfection, should they; would you? However, if I do not find The One, dating various women usually yields many funny stories and good times for all.

My interests are varied and eclectic. They include almost all sports (except for the Toronto Maple Leafs), including the Raptors, Blue Jays and Argonauts. I also enjoy Musicals, 80s music (including Pet Shop Boys, Erasure, and BNL) and films. Whilst my music choices suggest otherwise, I’m most definitly straight, although my love of Theatre has led to many people disputing this assertion.

I prefer intelligent and funny people with something to say. You should lead a healthy and active lifestyle. I also like independent people; so if you want to be with someone 24/7, I’m not your man. Workaholics are also encouraged, if you only have time to see someone once or twice a week maximum that is totally fine by me.

I also have no real desire for babies, and am unsure as to if I should contribute to a population explosion that is allready creating a huge strain on the earth’s resources. In the evening I look forward to returning to a relativly clean, germ free environment and having sufficent disposable income to persure various leasure activities of my choosing, whilst one can never rule it out at this stage a baby would clearly destroy these 3 important aspects of life.

I have decided to split this site into two, the blog of the dates I go on will continue but now I will also post a series of blogs in general about my thoughts and feelings as I embark upon the 35th year of my life.

I also decided to rate myself on Hot or Not to see a perspective of how I stack up, I used a face shot and ended up with a 7.4 this apparantly means I am hotter than 71% of the guys on the site………..there must be some ugly guys on the site I guess.
